Yes. Nestlist is built around couples, but anyone searching together — roommates, friends or family — can share a board.

You choose. Notes can be shared with everyone on the board or kept private, so only you can see them.

Pick a message type — first contact, viewing request, follow-up, pet question or thank-you note — and a tone: friendly, professional, short or warm. Nestlist drafts a ready-to-send message from the listing and your household details, and you can edit it before you copy it.

Nestlist is free to download. Optional auto-renewing subscriptions — monthly, 3-month or yearly — are available through the App Store. You can restore purchases and cancel anytime in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

Nestlist is for renters in Canada and the US, on iPhone. It’s strongest in Canada, with Kijiji, Rentals.ca and Realtor.ca built in.
